Terms
These terms describe the basic conditions for using Buried Empire. The separate Game Rules apply to player conduct and fair play.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords, recovery links or authentication codes.
Fair Use
Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay in unauthorized ways, interfere with the service, harass other players or attempt to access accounts or systems that do not belong to you. Moderation actions may include warnings, temporary suspension or account bans.
Game Data and Virtual Items
Cash, Points, vehicles, resources, achievements and other in-game items are part of the game service. They are not bank deposits, securities or redeemable cash and may be adjusted when necessary for balancing, abuse prevention or technical corrections.
Casino and Chance-Based Games
The Last Light Casino is a fictional game feature that uses Buried Empire Points only. Points and casino winnings have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money, and Buried Empire does not accept real-money wagers through these game modes.
Availability and Changes
Buried Empire may be updated, balanced, temporarily unavailable for maintenance or changed as development continues. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve legitimate player progress, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Support and Enforcement
Use the Support page for account or gameplay disputes. Attempts to bypass suspensions or bans may result in further restrictions. The Privacy page explains the main information used to operate the service.
